HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO PURCHASE?
All of our shoes are standard AU sizes.
Please refer to our sizing page for more information on how to choose the perfect size for your child.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to change a design component (for example style/colour), please email us within 1 hour of placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate this change - however it is not always guaranteed if we have started the order.
Please note we do not offer cancellations or refunds due to change of mind.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
We post domestic parcels at a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping or $13.95 for express shipping.
We ship internationally at a flat rate of $20.
For Australian orders over $150, free shipping is available using code FREESHIP at checkout. Please note only 1 (ONE) discount code is able to be used per order.

We often have sales or valid discount codes available for our store but please note that only 1 (ONE) discount code is able to be used per order. If you use 1 discount code on your order you will not be able to use another discount code on your current order at the same time. For example if you use FREESHIP you will be unable to use another discount code at the same time. Only 1 discount code is valid per order.
DO YOU HAVE A RETURNS POLICY?
Yes we do, but please choose carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind, for reasons that we have outlined in the product description or due to improper care. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more detailed information.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BOBBY LANE SHOES?
To keep your shoes in pristine condition, please only use a damp cloth to gently wipe the surface, do not scrub. Please do not place them in water or expose to direct sunlight for long periods of time and please do not use baby wipes!
